About Me:
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist practicing in California, Oregon, and Nevada, I bring both professional expertise and personal experience to my work with families. Having been a coparent myself, I deeply understand the complex dynamics and emotional challenges that come with this important role. My heartfelt commitment is to help families navigate life's challenges, particularly when it comes to coparenting.
My therapeutic approach is a unique blend of cognitive-behavioral theories and psychoanalytic perspectives. This combination allows me to address both your past experiences and current challenges, helping you make meaningful progress toward your goals. I am also a certified Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) administrator, Gottman Level 1 trained, and trained in Trauma-Focused Therapy. Additionally, my experience in Court-Involved therapy ensures that I can provide comprehensive support in even the most complex situations.
In addition to managing my own private practice, I founded Horizon Family and Community Services (HFCS), where we are dedicated to providing accessible mental health care to the community.
